looking for a wedding party favor…

It took me a while before I could decide on a theme for our ceremony and reception party. I liked the idea of a beach wedding, but a garden wedding or country western theme sounded pretty great too. But on the other hand there is a lot to be said for tradition. Destination weddings also sounds like a great idea. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? I would love a tropical island wedding. But then I thought about all the people that would be disappointed that they couldn’t be there, and I had to toss that idea in the dumpster.
Then I thought about a winter themed wedding. But a wedding in July just didn’t seem like the right time to do a winter theme. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. There were so many accessories and reception supplies to help with my fantasty wedding. I also found a place to get the perfect fairy tale wedding cake for a gorgeous royal wedding. So my decision was made. We can declare a royal wedding.
I went online and found fairy tale invitations that I could send out. There were also plenty of accessories and supplies to pick out for my storybook wedding. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. Everything about our ceremony was exquisite. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. After the ceremony everyone started shouting and throwing red and white rose petals our way. Instead of a limo, we had a horse drawn carriage waiting outside.
A real castle wouldn’t haved looked as good as our reception hall with all of the fantastic accessories and decorations. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very exquisite wedding favors for our friends and family. I even found some groovy boxes for each and every wedding reception favor. There were so many accessories to choose from to help with our storybook reception. I bought little coaches that made perfect place card holders, and exquisite champagne flutes with a storybook design. They had everything imaginable for a storybook wedding and reception.
Everyone had a fabulous time and I received a lot of compliments on the décor. One of my guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony she’d ever been too. I have to admit, it was quite special. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. I made sure their wedding gifts were of a storybook theme, just like our wedding cake and other accessories. I felt that a momento of this special day would mean more than any other gift I could give them. Something that could hold the memory of today for them as well as for us.
As soon as we returned from our honeymoon, I got started on all the thank you notes I needed to mail out. There was even thank you notes available in storybook theme. I wouldn’t mind having a fairytale anniversary renewal ceremony.
