Exquisite Hearts Wedding Favor!

Putting the symbol of love all around our wedding day struck me as a wonderful way to celebrate marriage. The first thing I bought was a gorgeous bridal tiara that I picked out over the Internet. There were many wonderful decorations and supplies to choose from, such as the invitations I bought. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. The inside was very pretty to look at, and it had everything printed out in there already when we received them, so all we had to do was write in the place and time and we were all set.
Inviting people, of course, was just the first phase, so I went right from that onto setting up the overall look and feel of the wedding, and then gathering together the supplies and accessories to make it work. I selected a red velvet set of ribbons and bows that I would put on the end of and string between the church pews. The unity candle we used had a design of tiny roses put together to form a heart shape on the front of it, and the rest of the candle decorations made the altar look exquisite. We used red roses all over the wedding ceremony, like in my bouquet, where they were mixed with pink roses, and throughout the church. We had doves let out of cages as my groom and I departed from the church building, and it was one extra touch that I thought was just majestic.
The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. The basket for the flower girl was going to be adorned with white satin, with lace and bows on each side. The rings also had a white satin ribbon on them, with a white pillow that had a gold double hearts wedding insignia on it for our ring bearer. My bridal tiara was a pretty good match for the one that I picked out for the flower girl to wear in the ceremony. She wore a pretty pink dress, made for a flower girl, and she did such a wonderful job as a flower girl and looked so brilliant that I thought she did look like royalty. So did the ring boy, he was quite elegant in his little tuxedo with a red boutonniere in his lapel. He carried the ring pillow like a pro and kept in step with the rest of the wedding party. They both made me very proud.
The centerpieces we had made up for the reception dinner had tiny hearts intermixed with roses that were white, pink, and red. We placed two hearts wedding candles on each table in order to create the ambiance of romance that I wanted to achieve, and they were accompanied by the what I considered to be the best place card holders available. The wedding favors we got our guests should be a terrific souvenir from our wedding; they had handles in the shape of a heart attached to tiny silver bells. Every layer of our wedding cake was adorned with small red and pink roses, and the bottom section had tiny hearts running all the way around it. Our hearts wedding cake had a white porcelain topper on it that complimented the rest of our cake décor beautifully.
After our beautiful heart wedding and reception was over and everyone congratulated us and thanked us for their lovely heart wedding favors, we departed for our honeymoon. To my surprise, when we arrived at our destination, I found that my husband had plans of his own and arranged a little hearts wedding honeymoon, all on his own. The honeymoon suite even had a heart shaped bathtub and bed. Romance is truly in the air.
