Graduation Party Invitation!
Posted in Wedding Articles on 05/11/2009 07:35 am by butcher909I made a list of everything I’d have to buy for my best friend’s bridal shower, and then once I had that, I got to work. Goal number one was finding a bachelorette party invitation. Dragging myself from shop to shop hoping to find a groovy deal or a decent selection isn’t my idea of a good time, so I went searching for supplies online. Boy, did I luck out in that department. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. The price I paid on some things were almost criminal. The shower invitations were very high quality with pearl edges and silver writing. The site also had cheap party invitations, and some exquisite wedding party invitations, and many other types of invitations.
The place card holders they had were adorable, so I got those, along with other supplies. Another item I picked out for the bride was a sign-in book for guests so that she could keep track of who gave her what gifts easily. One style of place card holders caught my fancy. The place cards themselves had pink lilies on them, and then everyone got a handbag made of plastic and filled with candy in different-colored wrappers. When placed on the tables at the shower alongside the gifts and things, they looked cool You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. Flower decorations were on the containers I picked out, and I put them all on a serving dish on the table that held the gifts. Every person at the bridal shower took a gift from the platter, and it looked classy that way. I settled on manicure kits for our thank you gifts, and then I got a few more things to be handed out to the winners of the contests that we were going to hold. I got little decorative soaps, purse mirrors, novelty key rings and many other little trinkets that made great prizes.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. If you want to see something humorous, try playing ‘Take It Off,” a game where you have to but a bag on your head and then, when the person running the game tells you to take off one piece of clothing, you have to take one off – and it’s astonishing how many women don’t have it come to mind that they ought to take off the bag. It’s comical to watch that game unfold, and it’s a good way to see just how smart your friends are. There are other mirthful games that we did, like bridal bingo. I’m so glad I thought to browse the internet, else wise I wouldn’t have gotten such great deals and accessories. I made out alright purchasing my favors and invitations from them. Not only did I get high quality accessories, but they didn’t cost me half of what I had expected to pay for it all, and there were so many options to choose from. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. I know it helped to make this bridal shower a success. The attendees all adored their presents and had a wonderful time. The people who took the time to go to the shower will all get thank you cards, which I’m working on now. The thank you cards, as you might expect, were purchased on the net as well. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.
